Rewards are non-withdrawable promotional credit. Your dashboard must confirm eligibility and issuance; submitting an application alone does not issue credit.

Ask about behavior, feeding, access, emergency contacts and veterinary instructions. Arrange an appropriate introduction and agree on boundaries for medication or specialist care.
Can I use my existing Dint+ account?
Yes. Sign in with your existing account. Your provider application and saved listings stay with that account, so you can pick up where you left off.
What approval checks apply to pet care providers?
Your application shows the profile details, identity checks and credentials required for your services and location. All required checks and review must be completed before activation.
How do pricing and payments work?
You set Direct Booking package prices. Review applicable fees, adjustments and payout requirements in the provider tools before offering services.
When can customers start booking?
After required provider and listing approvals, with booking settings and availability configured. Bookings and earnings depend on customer demand.
