Section 01
Company and scope
Dint+ Inc. operates Dint+, the consumer brand, website, and mobile application. “Dint+,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dint+ Inc. where the context concerns the platform operator. Hosts, providers, businesses, creators, and other participants supply the offerings identified in their listings.
Read the supplemental policies linked below with these Terms. A supplement governs its stated subject. The price, scope, and cancellation rule shown when you confirm a transaction apply to that transaction, subject to mandatory law. Contact and legal-request routes are linked below.
Section 02
Provider and host responsibilities
Providers, hosts, businesses, creators, and listing owners must have authority to offer their services or property, meet applicable eligibility requirements, and maintain required licenses, permits, professional qualifications, insurance, and tax registrations. Verification does not replace these duties or guarantee quality, safety, or suitability.
Keep identity and business details, descriptions, photos, prices, service areas, accessibility information, calendars, and availability accurate. Disclose material restrictions and safety requirements before booking. Complete applicable identity, business, credential, and background checks with the notices, permissions, and review rights required for the check.
Review on-demand work before accepting it, including scope, time, location, customer needs, commission, deductions, and expected earnings. Honor accepted commitments, communicate delays, maintain safe conditions, and report inability to fulfill promptly. Deliver the promised service with reasonable care and in accordance with law and applicable professional standards.
Customers must provide accurate booking details and safe, lawful access necessary for the service. Both parties must communicate respectfully, respect privacy and boundaries, follow lawful safety instructions, and avoid harassment or discrimination. Use the applicable booking policy for cancellations, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-shows.
Section 03
Provider role and professional services
You control and remain responsible for the services you undertake, subject to the accepted booking, applicable platform rules, and law. These Terms do not determine worker classification contrary to law. Dint+ does not confer a professional license or guarantee insurance coverage.
For health, wellness, therapy, fitness, nutrition, or other regulated services, work within your qualifications, obtain required customer consents, maintain appropriate records securely, and follow applicable confidentiality and professional obligations. Do not make misleading claims or promise outcomes you cannot substantiate.
Section 04
Bookings, availability, and confirmation
Review the supplier, description, location, dates, local time zone, availability, restrictions, price breakdown, payment schedule, and cancellation rule before confirming. A request or payment authorization is not necessarily an accepted booking; the confirmation identifies the accepted reservation or service. On-demand requests require provider acceptance where shown.
Request changes or rescheduling through the booking tools or support. A request does not modify a confirmed booking until accepted. Changes may require a new price, availability check, or payment authorization. Late arrivals and no-shows follow the rule disclosed for that booking. Do not assume that unused time is refundable.
Hosts and providers must promptly report inability to fulfill and must not substitute materially different services without the customer’s agreement. For unavailable, unsafe, or materially misdescribed offerings, contact support with the booking reference. The applicable cancellation policy and mandatory consumer rights determine remedies, including eligible refunds or release of authorizations.
Section 05
Prices, commissions, and payouts
Review the currency, itemized subtotal, platform fees, taxes, tips, cleaning or other charges, discounts, and total before authorizing payment. Provider earnings differ from the customer’s total. The commission rate, calculation basis, deductions, and settlement timing are supplied by the applicable offering or transaction quote; there is no single commission percentage or payout deadline for all categories.
Provider payout eligibility, availability in Wallet, and arrival at an external destination are separate events. Verification, transaction completion, processing, refunds, disputes, and lawful holds can affect each. Taxes and reporting obligations depend on your role and location; providers must keep tax information current and meet obligations not performed by the platform or processor.
Section 06
Refunds, unauthorized activity, reversals, and disputes
Report unauthorized or incorrect transactions promptly through the payment-support route and, where appropriate, your payment provider. Include the transaction reference and disputed amount; never email full card details or authentication codes. Nothing here shortens statutory reporting periods or limits legal chargeback rights.
Pending means processing or awaiting a condition; completed means the recorded operation succeeded; failed means it did not complete; reversed means an earlier operation was undone; disputed means a claim is under review. A payment status may differ from booking or payout status. Do not assume a pending refund has reached your bank.
Refund eligibility and amount follow the transaction-specific cancellation or purchase policy and law. Approved refunds and releases can take additional processor or bank time. Cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, and corrections can adjust earnings or rewards under the applicable transaction rules; an adjustment must be traceable to the underlying transaction.
Payment holds or reserves may address verification, fraud, legal restrictions, refunds, chargebacks, or other documented transaction risks. They must have a lawful or disclosed contractual basis. Contact support for an explanation or review, subject to lawful disclosure restrictions. A dispute does not authorize unrelated or indefinite forfeiture.
Section 07
Content, reviews, intellectual property, and moderation
You retain the rights you hold in your posts, listings, reviews, ratings, messages, media, and AI inputs. You grant Dint+ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, format, display, and moderate that content as necessary to provide and protect requested services, consistent with your audience settings and the Privacy Policy. Service providers may perform these operations for us. This license does not independently authorize training a general-purpose AI model.
The license continues while the content is used for those purposes, including limited retention for legal obligations, backups, and resolving disputes. Deleting content cannot recall copies already received or lawfully retained by others. Dint+ and its licensors retain their rights in platform software, branding, and materials; no license is granted beyond permitted use of the service.
Provide content only with necessary rights and permissions. Reviews must reflect authentic experiences. Do not post fake or manipulated reviews, undisclosed paid endorsements, private information without permission, or infringing material. Mentions and tags must not be used to harass, mislead, or evade someone’s privacy choices.
We may remove or limit content and accounts to enforce policies, respond to lawful requests, or address safety, fraud, and security. Use reporting controls or the Trust and Safety contact to report violations or request review of an error. Give the relevant content link, decision reference, and explanation without reposting harmful private material.
Section 08
Suspension, termination, and appeals
You may request account closure through the account-deletion route. We may restrict or end access for material violations, fraud, security or safety risks, legal requirements, or service discontinuation. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow you to request review through support. Urgent protective action may precede notice.
A review request should identify the decision, relevant account or transaction reference, and why you believe it is incorrect. Restrictions do not create a right to arbitrary confiscation. Pending bookings, refunds, chargebacks, lawful payment obligations, and eligible remaining balances must be addressed after termination. Terms necessary to resolve existing transactions, content rights already granted, and legal disputes survive to the extent needed for those purposes.
Section 09
Changes and contact
The version, last updated date, effective date, and change summary appear with this document. Material changes require appropriate notice and renewed agreement where required before the affected activity continues. A new notice is not retroactive permission for a different use of your information. Contact Dint+ Inc. through the linked contact and request pages.
