Another email. Another round of, when are you free? With Dint Plus, bring the email and your connected calendar into one workflow. Review the people, time zone, and proposed meeting details. You confirm before anything is added to your calendar. Less back and forth. A clear next step. Set up email to meeting with Dint Plus.
Choose the message and your calendar. Ask Dint to help resolve the details, then review the proposed calendar event or online meeting in the relevant workspace. A proposal does not send an invitation.
02 / From setup to the next step
Connect an available Gmail or Outlook account with read permission. In Dint’s email tools, search for and select the message or thread. Ask for a summary or identify it explicitly in your conversation.
Connect Google or Microsoft calendars separately. Choose the account and calendar, then ask Dint to check the relevant date range. Availability reflects only the calendars you authorize.
Confirm exact participant email addresses, duration, a single date, and time zone. Dint can prepare a calendar or supported online-meeting proposal; ambiguous details need your answer.
Open Calendars for a calendar proposal, or Online meetings for a meeting proposal. Review the destination, attendees, notices, and current provider status before explicitly confirming.
Connect your accounts, choose your sources, and start with a draft request.
Set up with Dint03 / Why it helps
Read the selected email and work from its actual details instead of reconstructing the request from memory.
Check authorized calendar information without assuming you can see another participant’s private calendar.
Proposals and confirmation are separate. Changed details require a fresh review before the provider write.
04 / Your controls
Gmail or Outlook email, plus a Google or Microsoft calendar. Online meetings may require a separate supported host connection. Provider and organization availability apply.
Choose permissions in connected apps. Read access does not itself grant permission to send email. Personal mailbox and calendar data are not available to public Line callers.
Calendar and online-meeting actions require human confirmation in their workspaces. Check the exact attendees and whether invitations or change notices will be sent.
Leave a proposal unconfirmed to prevent its action. Disconnect access in the relevant workspace. An already created meeting requires a reviewed cancellation; disconnecting does not cancel it.
05 / A few answers
No. Select the relevant message, ask Dint for help, and explicitly choose the calendar and participants. No email is acted on just because you connected a mailbox.
Only the calendar data you have authorized is available. Confirm participants’ availability yourself when their calendars are not accessible.
Model tools can prepare proposals but cannot confirm them. Review and confirm in Calendars or Online meetings, including the invitation settings.
You need a Dint+ account, access to Dint, and configured email and calendar providers. Online meetings use an eligible Google, Microsoft, or Zoom host connection. Organization approval and AI usage charges may apply; the setup screens show current availability.
Read the workspace’s outcome and refresh status before retrying. A proposal is not proof that an event or invitation was created. Uncertain outcomes may require reconnection or reconciliation.
Supported calendar and online-meeting workspaces include reviewed updates and cancellations. Review recipients and notices again before confirming a change.
