Dint+ Legal

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Dint+, including accounts, marketplace activity, payments, user content, AI tools, safety rules, and dispute handling.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dint+, you agree to these Terms of Service and any supplemental terms that apply to specific features, including hosting, payments, creator tools, AI features, and marketplace transactions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use Dint+. Dint+ may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Section 02

Eligibility

You must be old enough to use Dint+ under the laws that apply to you, and you must be able to form a binding agreement. Some marketplace, payment, hosting, or safety-sensitive features may require additional verification.

If you use Dint+ on behalf of a business, venue, host, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to the applicable terms.

Section 03

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for activity that occurs through your account. Keep credentials, devices, and one-time codes secure.

Dint+ may limit, suspend, or terminate access when account activity creates legal, security, payment, integrity, or user safety risk.

Section 04

Payments

Paid features, reservations, bookings, services, digital goods, tips, payouts, and other transactions may be processed by Dint+ or third-party payment providers. Additional payments terms may apply.

You authorize Dint+ and its payment providers to charge amounts you owe, issue payouts where applicable, deduct fees, handle taxes where required, and take steps needed to manage fraud, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or payment errors.

Section 05

User Content

You retain rights you have in content you submit, upload, create, list, message, review, or otherwise make available through Dint+. You grant Dint+ the rights needed to host, process, display, distribute, moderate, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and consistent with Dint+ policies. Content may be removed or restricted when it violates these terms or creates risk for users, businesses, hosts, or the platform.

Section 06

Hosting Responsibilities

Hosts, service providers, businesses, creators, and listing owners are responsible for accurate listings, lawful operations, availability, pricing, cancellation rules, safety information, guest communications, and fulfillment of confirmed commitments.

Dint+ may remove listings, pause hosting privileges, withhold payouts, cancel reservations, or require remediation when hosting activity creates legal, payment, quality, safety, or trust risk.

Section 07

Prohibited Activities

Dint+ may not be used to harm people, evade rules, manipulate platform systems, or misrepresent identity, listings, payments, availability, location, reviews, or business information.

  • Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or conduct that creates a safety risk.
  • Fraud, scams, unauthorized payments, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass platform fees.
  • Posting illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, unsafe, or malicious content.
  • Scraping, reverse engineering, security probing, automated account creation, or interference with Dint+ systems.
  • Using Dint+ to discriminate unlawfully or deny service based on protected characteristics.

Section 08

AI Usage Disclosures

Dint+ may offer AI-assisted features for discovery, creative tools, business support, moderation, recommendations, search, messaging assistance, media generation, and operational workflows.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to outputs generated for others, or unsuitable for high-risk decisions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.

AI content standards

  • Do not use AI features to impersonate others, mislead users, violate rights, generate abuse, or create unlawful content.
  • Prompts, uploads, outputs, and feedback may be processed to provide, secure, evaluate, and improve AI features, subject to the Privacy Policy.
  • Dint+ may label, restrict, remove, or decline to generate AI content where required by law, safety standards, or provider rules.

Section 09

Arbitration and Disputes

Before filing a claim, you and Dint+ agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting support with a clear description of the issue. If informal resolution is not successful, the dispute process in the applicable terms will govern.

Where permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. Some jurisdictions do not allow mandatory arbitration or class action waivers, so these terms apply only to the extent permitted.

This page is intended to summarize Dint+ platform rules in clear language. It should be reviewed with qualified counsel before relying on it as final legal advice.

Questions about these terms can be sent through Dint+ support.
