Can I list a hotel as well as a vacation rental?
Yes. This page is for owners and authorized managers of vacation homes, apartments, short-term rentals, and hotels. The 12% host-managed and 25% Dint-managed options apply to both rentals and hotels. Property eligibility, inventory setup, service coverage, and final terms are confirmed before activation.
What do the 12% and 25% fees cover?
12% is the host-managed option, where you remain responsible for day-to-day hosting. 25% is the Dint-managed option, with the management scope agreed for your property. The calculation basis, included services, payment timing, and any additional channel, AI, payment, cleaning, or operating costs are disclosed in your agreement before activation. Creating a listing draft does not select a paid service or activate a subscription.
Will my property be listed on every booking website automatically?
Channel management helps you connect supported booking channels, including Airbnb and Booking.com for eligible properties. Each channel requires its own authorization, mapping, and acceptance. Creating a Dint+ listing does not automatically create or approve an external listing. Keep channel descriptions, photos, and amenities current in the relevant booking channel.
How can this help my property earn more?

Start with the listings you already manage and review the connection requirements during setup. If you use another channel manager, arrange the cutover before connecting. Dint+ does not automatically replace or disconnect your existing manager.
