Dint+ Legal

Hosting Terms

These terms apply to Dint+ hosts, businesses, service providers, listing owners, creators, and other supply partners who publish offerings or accept bookings through Dint+.

Section 01

Eligibility

You must be old enough to use Dint+ under the laws that apply to you, and you must be able to form a binding agreement. Some marketplace, payment, hosting, or safety-sensitive features may require additional verification.

If you use Dint+ on behalf of a business, venue, host, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to the applicable terms.

Section 02

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for activity that occurs through your account. Keep credentials, devices, and one-time codes secure.

Dint+ may limit, suspend, or terminate access when account activity creates legal, security, payment, integrity, or user safety risk.

Section 03

Hosting Responsibilities

Hosts must provide accurate listing information, lawful availability, clear pricing, required disclosures, safe conditions, responsive communication, and the goods or services promised to guests or customers.

Hosts are responsible for licenses, permits, insurance, taxes, local rules, platform category requirements, and any third-party obligations that apply to their offering.

Hosts must keep current

  • Photos, descriptions, amenities, service scope, guest requirements, accessibility details, and house or service rules.
  • Availability, calendar blocks, pricing, taxes, fees, cancellation policies, and payout information.
  • Safety instructions, emergency contacts, identity or business verification, and any required compliance documentation.

Section 04

Reservations and Cancellations

A confirmed reservation or booking creates an obligation to provide the listed offering unless cancellation is permitted by the applicable policy, law, or safety exception.

Dint+ may cancel, rebook, refund, or take other action when a listing is inaccurate, unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, fraudulent, or materially different from what was promised.

Section 05

Payments and Payouts

Hosts authorize Dint+ and its payment providers to collect amounts from guests or customers, deduct platform fees, process taxes where applicable, issue payouts, manage reserves, and address refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and payment errors.

Payout timing may depend on verification, risk review, cancellation windows, payment settlement, provider rules, and legal compliance.

Section 06

User Content

You retain rights you have in content you submit, upload, create, list, message, review, or otherwise make available through Dint+. You grant Dint+ the rights needed to host, process, display, distribute, moderate, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and consistent with Dint+ policies. Content may be removed or restricted when it violates these terms or creates risk for users, businesses, hosts, or the platform.

Section 07

Prohibited Activities

Dint+ may not be used to harm people, evade rules, manipulate platform systems, or misrepresent identity, listings, payments, availability, location, reviews, or business information.

  • Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or conduct that creates a safety risk.
  • Fraud, scams, unauthorized payments, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass platform fees.
  • Posting illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, unsafe, or malicious content.
  • Scraping, reverse engineering, security probing, automated account creation, or interference with Dint+ systems.
  • Using Dint+ to discriminate unlawfully or deny service based on protected characteristics.

Section 08

Arbitration and Disputes

Before filing a claim, you and Dint+ agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting support with a clear description of the issue. If informal resolution is not successful, the dispute process in the applicable terms will govern.

Where permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. Some jurisdictions do not allow mandatory arbitration or class action waivers, so these terms apply only to the extent permitted.

This page is intended to summarize Dint+ platform rules in clear language. It should be reviewed with qualified counsel before relying on it as final legal advice.

Questions about these terms can be sent through Dint+ support.
