Your choice to receive Line texts
Each Dint+ Line sender needs your permission for their own messages. Agreeing to Dint customer-care texts, buying a number, or forwarding a call does not opt you into messages from another Line owner.
- The sender shares their consent link by email, on their website, or in person.
- The link shows the sender’s name, Line number, specific non-marketing purpose, possible AI replies, frequency, message and data rates, STOP and HELP instructions, and links to our terms and privacy policy.
- You can decline or select an unchecked consent box and enter your own mobile number.
- If you agree, send the prepared YES message from that number. The included code ties your reply to the exact statement you saw. You may send the prepared NO message instead.
- We save your choice, the statement, sender and purpose, timestamp, and confirmation message reference. The page shows a receipt only after confirmation. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
You do not need a Dint+ account or a purchase. Confirmation links expire after 15 minutes. A YES response without a matching consent request does not grant ongoing permission. When you text a sender first, they may answer your question; Dint+ limits this direct-reply window to 24 hours. That does not enroll you in recurring messages.
This flow covers customer-service questions, appointments, and updates about services you requested. It does not collect marketing consent. The sender remains responsible for using their actual identity and staying within the purpose you accepted. Carrier registration and activation are separate requirements.
For help, reply HELP or email support@dint.com. To withdraw permission, text STOP to the sending number. If you previously opted out, a new confirmation does not remove a carrier block; send START as well before messages can resume.
