How Your AI access works

Your accounts. Your choice.

Where account connections are supported, you sign in to your own account and review the requested permissions. Work accounts may need administrator approval.

Reading is not sending.

Read access does not authorize changes. Sending email, creating events, or posting messages needs separate permissions and confirmation or configured authorization for that supported feature.

Keep access in view.

Manage supported connections in their signed-in settings. A disconnected or expired account must be connected or reauthorized before it can be used. Provider permissions may also need review.

Connecting an account makes authorized content available for processing by Your AI and its model providers. Review Privacy and AI Terms before sharing sensitive information.

Your AI. Your next step.

Start with a role.
Build from there.

Create a messaging agent using the current Your AI experience. External account integrations remain subject to the capability statuses above.
