Does Den book appointments automatically?
Give Den your booking link and instructions so it can explain the next step. Booking or showing confirmations follow your configured booking process; a call or text alone does not guarantee an appointment.
Can I choose forwarding or AI answering?
Yes, where activated for your account. Choose call forwarding to send incoming calls to your phone, or turn forwarding off and enable Den’s supported AI call answering. Save your settings when changing options. Forwarding currently uses Always Forward; it does not automatically switch to AI if you’re busy or don’t answer. You can also answer calls in the app where human answering is supported and selected.
What should I tell my AI?
Start with your service menu, hours, location or service area, approved prices, and booking process. Tell it which questions to leave for you. Keep sensitive client information in your appropriate client process.
What does it cost?
The US number subscription starts at $4.99 USD per month per number. Calling, call forwarding, SMS, and AI assistance are billed separately where applicable. Forwarding rates include the incoming and outgoing call legs; review the quote before enabling forwarding. Review your account’s rates and activation status before enabling them.
