Section 01
Company and scope
Dint+ Inc. operates Dint+, the consumer brand, website, and mobile application. “Dint+,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dint+ Inc. where the context concerns the platform operator. Hosts, providers, businesses, creators, and other participants supply the offerings identified in their listings.
Read the supplemental policies linked below with these Terms. A supplement governs its stated subject. The price, scope, and cancellation rule shown when you confirm a transaction apply to that transaction, subject to mandatory law. Contact and legal-request routes are linked below.
Section 02
Eligibility, accounts, and electronic agreement
You must have legal capacity to enter the applicable agreement, meet any age restriction displayed for the feature, and have authority to act for a business you represent. Do not misrepresent your age, identity, qualifications, or authority. Verification may be required before accessing regulated services, payouts, or other restricted features.
Where a published agreement requires acceptance, selecting the labeled agreement control and confirming records your affirmative electronic agreement to the identified version. Merely viewing a policy is not agreement. Privacy notices explain processing; agreeing to Terms is not marketing, optional-cookie, recording, or sensitive-data consent.
Provide accurate information, keep account details current, protect credentials and authentication codes, and report suspected compromise. You remain responsible for activity you authorize, subject to legal protections for unauthorized use. Do not share an account to evade eligibility or verification requirements.
Section 03
AI tools, agents, memory, voice, video, and avatars
AI tools process your prompts, selected files, images, documents, context, preferences, and feedback to produce responses and generated content. Specialist agents, recommendations, personalization, and saved memory can affect responses. Review memory and feature settings and avoid supplying information you do not want processed for the selected feature.
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or inappropriate. Verify important facts and review results before using or publishing them. AI is not a substitute for qualified medical, therapy, legal, financial, nutrition, fitness, medication, or other professional advice. It is not an emergency or crisis service. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
An AI suggestion does not confirm a reservation, send a communication, or authorize payment on its own. Confirm consequential actions through the relevant product controls. You are responsible for authorized actions and lawful use of outputs; these Terms do not remove Dint+ obligations under applicable law.
Obtain the necessary permissions for uploaded photos, voices, facial images, video, avatars, and any other person’s content or likeness. Obtain legally required notice and consent before recording or transcribing others. Do not impersonate, make unlawful deepfakes, exploit people, infringe rights, or misrepresent generated content as authentic. Voice or avatar generation does not grant rights in another person’s identity.
Section 04
Content, reviews, intellectual property, and moderation
You retain the rights you hold in your posts, listings, reviews, ratings, messages, media, and AI inputs. You grant Dint+ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, format, display, and moderate that content as necessary to provide and protect requested services, consistent with your audience settings and the Privacy Policy. Service providers may perform these operations for us. This license does not independently authorize training a general-purpose AI model.
The license continues while the content is used for those purposes, including limited retention for legal obligations, backups, and resolving disputes. Deleting content cannot recall copies already received or lawfully retained by others. Dint+ and its licensors retain their rights in platform software, branding, and materials; no license is granted beyond permitted use of the service.
Provide content only with necessary rights and permissions. Reviews must reflect authentic experiences. Do not post fake or manipulated reviews, undisclosed paid endorsements, private information without permission, or infringing material. Mentions and tags must not be used to harass, mislead, or evade someone’s privacy choices.
We may remove or limit content and accounts to enforce policies, respond to lawful requests, or address safety, fraud, and security. Use reporting controls or the Trust and Safety contact to report violations or request review of an error. Give the relevant content link, decision reference, and explanation without reposting harmful private material.
Section 05
Subscriptions, AI+, and add-ons
Before purchase, review the plan, price, currency, taxes, billing interval, renewal terms, allowances, trial or promotion end date if any, and any separately priced add-ons. AI+, Premium, creator subscriptions, and AI Call Assistant may have different plans and availability. An advertised feature is available only where included in the selected plan and supported for your account.
Recurring subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval and charge the authorized method unless canceled through the supported subscription settings or original purchase channel. Review the confirmation for the next renewal date and when cancellation takes effect. For Apple or Google purchases, manage billing and cancellation through that store. Canceling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions.
Refund eligibility follows the terms presented before purchase, the purchase channel, and mandatory law. Cancellation does not itself promise a refund for past use. Failed payments may interrupt paid access; resolve billing errors with support. Price changes and material plan changes require applicable advance notice and any required renewed agreement.
Usage allowances, AI credits, metering, and add-on charges follow the selected plan. Credits have no cash, transfer, or redemption rights unless expressly included in the offer. Any expiry or usage limit must be disclosed when credits are purchased or granted; these Terms add no undisclosed expiry.
Section 06
Wallet balances, top-ups, and withdrawals
Wallet shows supported top-ups, available and pending funds, holds, debits, credits, transfers, withdrawals, refunds, and payment activity. Use the available balance and confirmed transaction status, rather than a pending entry, to determine what can be spent or withdrawn. Promotional or restricted credits are distinct from withdrawable funds.
For card top-ups, authorize the amount shown in the Stripe payment flow. Your payment method may need authentication. Failed, pending, reversed, or disputed top-ups may not increase available funds. An authorization may temporarily reserve funds before completion or release. Never top up with an unauthorized payment method.
Standard withdrawals carry no Dint+ withdrawal fee. Instant withdrawals carry the fee shown in the transaction quote. Review the requested amount, fee, total Wallet debit, amount arriving at the destination, currency, eligibility, and arrival estimate before confirming. Different supported withdrawal flows can have different fee calculations, so a previous quote does not establish the charge for a new withdrawal. Standard arrival is estimated at 1–3 business days; instant arrival is usually within 30 minutes, with neither estimate guaranteed.
Supported currencies, methods, limits, and destinations appear in the flow. A payout may be delayed or fail if details are incomplete or a provider rejects it. A Wallet display is not a representation of a bank account, deposit insurance, interest entitlement, or regulatory approval.
No new expiry period for purchased balances is established by these Terms. Promotional credits may have the separate conditions disclosed when granted. On account closure, contact support to resolve lawful outstanding obligations and request return or withdrawal of eligible remaining funds. Closure does not authorize arbitrary forfeiture; mandatory redemption and unclaimed-property rules continue to apply.
Section 07
Refunds, unauthorized activity, reversals, and disputes
Report unauthorized or incorrect transactions promptly through the payment-support route and, where appropriate, your payment provider. Include the transaction reference and disputed amount; never email full card details or authentication codes. Nothing here shortens statutory reporting periods or limits legal chargeback rights.
Pending means processing or awaiting a condition; completed means the recorded operation succeeded; failed means it did not complete; reversed means an earlier operation was undone; disputed means a claim is under review. A payment status may differ from booking or payout status. Do not assume a pending refund has reached your bank.
Refund eligibility and amount follow the transaction-specific cancellation or purchase policy and law. Approved refunds and releases can take additional processor or bank time. Cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, and corrections can adjust earnings or rewards under the applicable transaction rules; an adjustment must be traceable to the underlying transaction.
Payment holds or reserves may address verification, fraud, legal restrictions, refunds, chargebacks, or other documented transaction risks. They must have a lawful or disclosed contractual basis. Contact support for an explanation or review, subject to lawful disclosure restrictions. A dispute does not authorize unrelated or indefinite forfeiture.
Section 08
AI data and permissions
Prompts, context, memories, uploaded files, generated media, settings, feedback, and technical usage records can contain personal or sensitive information. Supply only what is needed and what you have permission to share. Read the Privacy Policy for feature-dependent processing. A request to create a voice or avatar is not blanket permission for other use of that person’s identity.
Use feature settings and the privacy-request route to seek correction or deletion of saved information. Deleting a chat does not necessarily delete a separately saved memory, generated asset, billing record, or data already received by another participant. Review important memories and generated outputs for errors.
Section 09
Prohibited activities and safety
Do not engage in harassment, threats, exploitation, unlawful discrimination, fraud, identity misrepresentation, payment abuse, or unsafe or unlawful services. Do not manipulate rankings, reviews, followers, rewards, or referrals through fake accounts, coordinated deception, false transactions, or automation. Legitimate complaints, payment disputes, and protected speech are not prohibited by this rule.
Do not steal credentials, bypass access controls, distribute malware, scrape personal information unlawfully, interfere with systems, or probe security without authorization, except to the extent protected by law. Do not move transactions off-platform to evade agreed fees or use messages and contact details for unsolicited marketing.
Use in-product reporting or the Trust and Safety contact for suspicious listings, abusive messages, unsafe services, AI misuse, or compromised accounts. Preserve relevant references. Dint+ reporting is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
Section 10
Suspension, termination, and appeals
You may request account closure through the account-deletion route. We may restrict or end access for material violations, fraud, security or safety risks, legal requirements, or service discontinuation. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow you to request review through support. Urgent protective action may precede notice.
A review request should identify the decision, relevant account or transaction reference, and why you believe it is incorrect. Restrictions do not create a right to arbitrary confiscation. Pending bookings, refunds, chargebacks, lawful payment obligations, and eligible remaining balances must be addressed after termination. Terms necessary to resolve existing transactions, content rights already granted, and legal disputes survive to the extent needed for those purposes.
Section 12
Currency, taxes, and price errors
Check the quoted currency and total before confirming. Your bank or processor may apply separately disclosed conversion or other charges. Taxes depend on the offering and location. Providers remain responsible for their own tax reporting except where law assigns a duty to the platform or processor.
If a material price or billing error is identified, we will seek correction through the supported transaction process. An increase beyond the authorized amount requires any legally required notice and authorization; this clause is not permission for undisclosed charges.
Section 13
Privacy disclosures
Operator and privacy contact
Dint+ Inc. is responsible for the Dint+ platform described in this notice. The SMS section identifies Dint Group LLC as the operator responsible for the Dint+ Customer Care SMS program. Use the Privacy requests link below or the privacy inbox shown on the Contact page to ask about processing, exercise rights, or appeal a response. You can start a request without signing in. Independent transaction participants may be responsible for their own use of information received to fulfill a booking.
Account, identity, profile, and authentication
We process information you provide, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, profile details, authentication and account identifiers, verification status, and account settings, to create and secure accounts, authenticate sessions, display profiles, communicate with you, and provide selected features. Information also comes from transaction participants and providers performing authorized checks.
Messages, posts, reviews, listings, and support
We process submitted posts, reviews, ratings, mentions, tags, messages and message metadata, uploads, listings, bookings, reservations, and support requests for communication, publishing, fulfillment, moderation, and dispute handling. Your audience choices affect who can see content. Information shared with recipients may be retained by them. Encryption and access differ by feature; this notice does not promise that every data type or message is end-to-end encrypted.
Mobile numbers, SMS consent, and opt-out records
Dint Group LLC, an LLC under Dint+ Inc., operates the Dint+ Customer Care SMS program and is responsible for its messaging and consent records. For this program, we process the mobile number you supply, your email when supplied, your request or signup choice, and relevant messaging and opt-out records. When you affirmatively submit SMS consent at /sms or during signup, we save the exact consent statement and version, collection method and source, and server receipt time in our consent register. Authorized support staff can access the record in a protected consent register; an email notification may also be sent when configured. The optional /sms/email flow still requires you to send the prepared email; a draft alone does not submit consent. We also use limited network information to prevent abusive submissions. A signup consent receipt does not establish account creation or verification of the supplied phone number. We use these records to respond to your request, establish consent, deliver permitted messages, handle support, prevent abuse, and honor opt-outs.
We do not sell mobile information or SMS opt-in data, and we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from information disclosed for those purposes. Limited disclosure to service providers, including Twilio and communications carriers, is permitted only as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service, process support requests, and maintain consent or suppression records on our behalf. Legally required disclosures remain subject to applicable law; they do not authorize marketing use.
Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact support. We retain consent and opt-out evidence as needed to honor your choices, resolve delivery disputes, prevent unauthorized contact, and meet applicable obligations. An opt-out record may be retained to prevent future messages even after an account is closed. Use Privacy requests to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other rights.
A customer who uses a Dint+ Line to communicate with you is responsible for their own sender identity, messaging purpose, consent collection, and privacy notice. Dint+'s Customer Care consent does not authorize that customer's messages. Forwarding a call or speaking with an AI answering agent does not by itself authorize unrelated SMS or marketing.
For the Line recipient-consent flow at /sms/line, we process your submitted mobile number to bind permission to that sender and ownership period. The consent register retains a protected number identifier, the sender, Line, purpose, exact disclosure and version, submission and confirmation times, and the inbound YES or NO message reference. Message contents and phone numbers are processed through the messaging service to verify and deliver the exchange. STOP records prevent further sending. The page temporarily stores its receipt access token in your browser's session storage so you can return after sending your confirmation; closing the browser session or clearing site data removes that local receipt access. These records are used to establish and enforce your choice, handle disputes and support, and meet applicable obligations. They are not sold or shared for another party's marketing.
Dint+ Line and forwarded AI calls
A call forwarded to a Dint+ Line can pass the caller's number, the called or forwarding number where available, call timestamps, duration, routing and delivery details, and audio needed for the chosen answering feature to Dint+ and its communications providers. Configured AI providers process the audio and context needed to answer; enabled transcription, summaries, and conversation history are made available according to the feature and account permissions. Twilio supports carrier connectivity and LiveKit supports configured realtime media. Other selected AI providers are described in this policy.
Line owners must disclose AI participation and provide legally required notices and consent for recording or transcription before that processing begins. An owner's decision to enable AI does not replace a caller's rights or any required caller consent. Do not assume every call is recorded or that every feature stores the same data. Review the feature-specific settings and notices. Contact the Line owner or Dint+ support with the relevant call reference for a privacy request; do not send unnecessary sensitive call content by email.
Device, logs, analytics, cookies, and security
Web and app interactions can create device and installation identifiers, session data, operating-system and browser information, network and request logs, IP addresses, diagnostics, cookie and SDK data, security events, and fraud or verification results. These support authentication, delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
Optional website analytics collect event and random session identifiers, time, generalized page categories, referrer domain, and broad device and browser categories after analytics consent. Private path identifiers and query strings are excluded from this page-analytics payload. Cookie preferences let you reject or withdraw optional website analytics and Crisp chat. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable this website’s optional analytics.
Location and device permissions
Location features can use precise coordinates with device permission and locations you enter, such as service or booking addresses. Approximate location may be inferred from network information or a selected city. These data support nearby discovery, service areas, routing, and fulfillment. Public maps may show a coarser location than the coordinates used internally.
Camera, microphone, and photo or file access support the capture, calls, uploads, identity, and AI features you select. Contacts support contact discovery or invitations where offered; calendar access supports scheduling or calendar integration; push permission supports notifications. Availability differs between web, iOS, and Android. Permission to use a device capability is not permission for unrelated processing. Use browser or operating-system settings to revoke access; revocation does not erase information already submitted.
Payments, Wallet, tax, fraud, and verification
Transactions create records of participants, amounts, currency, payment and payout references, methods and masked details, balance changes, holds, refunds, chargebacks, tax details where required, and verification or fraud-review outcomes. We use these for fulfillment, accounting, payment support, eligibility, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Stripe payment and connected-account flows process payment or payout details; some data are collected directly by Stripe.
Provider onboarding can include legal and business identity, credentials, licenses, evidence, background-check consent, and check results. Veriff integration supports identity verification where invoked. Required checks and information depend on the activity. Do not email identity documents; use the secure flow presented to you.
AI prompts, memories, files, generated content, and agents
AI features process prompts, conversation context, saved memories, uploaded files and documents, generated content, preferences, settings, feedback, usage and technical logs, and feature identifiers. These data support responses, personalization, specialist agents, retrieval, recommendations, moderation, billing, troubleshooting, and requested actions.
Selected processing is sent to the provider used for the feature. OpenAI integrations support configured AI and media functions; ElevenLabs integrations support configured voice generation and custom voices. Providers and features can vary. A particular vendor is not used for every interaction. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information. This notice does not create consent to train a general-purpose model or promise that every provider has the same retention and training terms.
Voice, video, transcripts, images, and avatars
Calling and media features process audio, video, facial images, selected avatar images, voice samples, generated speech, transcripts, session metadata, and related content as needed for the chosen feature. LiveKit integrations support realtime media. Avatar integrations include configurable HeyGen, D-ID, and LemonSlice providers; only the selected provider processes a particular avatar session.
Call Assistant call history includes transcripts and summaries; that feature does not save an audio recording. Other media features may operate differently. Custom-voice features send authorized samples for voice generation. An image, voice sample, or avatar is personal information when it relates to a person. Generating content from a likeness and using it to identify a person are different purposes; review any additional verification notice presented by the feature. Review the feature’s notice and obtain the necessary permissions before submitting someone else’s media.
Health and other sensitive information
Content you choose to share with wellness, therapy, fitness, nutrition, medication, or other specialist services or AI may reveal health or other sensitive information. Identity records, precise location, private communications, and voice or facial media may also be sensitive. We process submitted information to provide the selected feature, protect users, and satisfy applicable obligations; do not provide more than is needed. An AI feature is not a medical provider or an emergency service.
Recommendations, matching, ranking, and automated processing
Search, recommendations, provider matching, ranking, personalization, eligibility checks, moderation, and security controls use automated processing and information relevant to the feature. Results may reflect supplied preferences, location, availability, content, transaction state, and activity. An AI recommendation is not a guarantee. Contact us to challenge an error, request human review, or exercise an applicable automated-decision right. Not every automated operation is a decision producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Purposes and legal bases
Where a legal basis is required, we process information as necessary to provide the requested contract or take requested pre-contract steps; meet legal obligations such as accounting and lawful requests; protect legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, service support, and proportionate improvement, balanced against your rights; or with consent where required, including optional technologies and applicable sensitive processing. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Special-category information requires any additional condition imposed by applicable law.
Recipients, service providers, and disclosures
Relevant customers, hosts, providers, businesses, and other transaction participants receive the information needed for communications and fulfillment. Public content is visible to its selected audience. Service providers support payments, identity, hosting, communications, media, AI, security, analytics, and customer support. Confirmed integrations include Stripe, Veriff, Firebase for configured mobile messaging and related services, LiveKit, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, configured avatar providers, Cloudflare Turnstile security checks, and optional Crisp chat. Their involvement depends on the feature you use.
We may disclose information where legally required, to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security issues, establish or defend claims, or in connection with a lawful business transfer with applicable safeguards and notice. A processor’s access for a defined service is different from another marketplace participant’s independent use.
Sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and choices
This website’s optional analytics are controlled by Cookie preferences. The website does not implement an advertising-pixel loader or a sale-of-data flow. This describes the website implementation, rather than a legal classification of every processor or mobile SDK. You can submit any applicable request to opt out of sale or sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling through Privacy requests. Global Privacy Control disables optional website analytics; it does not delete an account or stop essential processing.
Privacy rights, including California
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may request access to or knowledge of your information, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or review or appeal of a denied request. California residents whose information is subject to the CCPA may also opt out of sale or sharing and limit covered sensitive-information uses, and may exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. Rights can be subject to legal exceptions.
Use Privacy requests or the privacy contact. Tell us the right you want to exercise and your region. We may verify ownership using existing account information and a secure process proportionate to the request, and may require an authorized agent to show authority. We do not require account creation to initiate a request. Opt-outs are not subject to the same identity verification as access to specific records. We will explain a denial or applicable exception and how to request review. You may complain to your competent privacy authority where that right applies.
Account deletion and practical controls
Use the Account and data deletion link below to request closure or deletion without signing in. The mobile app also has an account-deletion screen. Removing the app is not account deletion. Review recurring subscriptions and open transactions separately. Profile and account privacy settings let you change supported details, visibility, and read receipts. Device settings control permissions and push notifications; Cookie preferences controls optional website technologies.
Retention periods and criteria
Account and profile data are kept while needed to maintain the account, provide requested services, and complete closure. Content, AI conversations, memories, and generated assets are kept according to the selected feature and deletion controls, with separate records potentially requiring separate deletion. Transaction, payout, tax, consent, and dispute records may remain after closure for required accounting periods, claims, fraud prevention, and legal holds.
Security and diagnostic records are retained as needed to investigate incidents, protect services, and troubleshoot. Support and privacy-request records are retained to resolve requests and demonstrate their handling. Verification records are retained according to the check, applicable obligations, and necessary review. Backups and processor systems can require additional deletion cycles; retained data must remain protected and limited to the reason for retention.
Website page-analytics sessions have a 30-minute inactivity window; unsent analytics events expire after 24 hours or when the tab’s session storage ends. The referral cookie lasts up to 14 days. Cookie preferences expire after 180 days. These browser periods are not backend retention guarantees. Request information about retention or deletion exceptions through the privacy route.
International processing
Providers and infrastructure may process information outside your home country. Where transfer restrictions apply, the responsible parties must use an applicable lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards, and any required supplementary protections. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your request. This notice does not claim a certification or an adequacy decision for every destination.
Security and incidents
Safeguards include authentication, access restrictions, protected session cookies, validation, secure provider flows, and feature-specific protections. No system is perfectly secure. We investigate suspected security incidents and provide notifications to affected people or authorities where legally required. Use support to report a concern; do not send credentials or exploit details through public posts.
Children and eligibility
Dint+ features require the eligibility and legal capacity described in the Terms and any higher age requirement shown for the offering. Do not provide a child’s sensitive information or use a restricted feature on a child’s behalf without the required authority and lawful basis. A parent or guardian concerned about a child’s account or information can contact the privacy team to request review or deletion.
Section 14
Service availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by law, services and AI outputs are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free performance or suitability for every purpose. No implied warranty is excluded where exclusion is unlawful. Mandatory quality, refund, accessibility, and consumer protections remain available.
Section 15
Responsibility and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dint+ is not responsible for losses caused solely by your unlawful use, unrelated third-party conduct, or events beyond its reasonable control. Liability for its own conduct remains subject to applicable law. No exclusion applies to fraud, deliberate misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms establish no arbitrary dollar cap on recovery.
Section 16
Third-party claims
To the extent permitted by law, a business provider is responsible for third-party claims arising from its unlawful service, infringement, or material breach of these Terms, including reasonable defense costs attributable to that conduct. This does not require indemnifying Dint+ for its own fault, waive consumer rights, or permit settlement imposing obligations on you without your agreement. Notify the other party promptly and cooperate reasonably on a defense.
Section 17
Events outside reasonable control
A party affected by an event beyond reasonable control should promptly notify affected participants and take reasonable steps to limit disruption. This does not erase accrued payment obligations or mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights. Contact support if an event prevents fulfillment.
Section 18
Dispute resolution, governing law, and courts
Send a dispute description, relevant transaction reference, requested resolution, and reply contact through Legal notices on the Contact page. We encourage an informal resolution, but contacting us is not a mandatory waiting period or a waiver of deadlines or remedies.
Applicable law determines governing law and the courts with jurisdiction, including non-waivable protections where you live. These Terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver. You may pursue eligible small-claims relief or another available legal remedy. Any later arbitration arrangement requires a separately disclosed, valid agreement; merely using this review draft does not create one.
Section 19
Changes and contact
The version, last updated date, effective date, and change summary appear with this document. Material changes require appropriate notice and renewed agreement where required before the affected activity continues. A new notice is not retroactive permission for a different use of your information. Contact Dint+ Inc. through the linked contact and request pages.
