Dint+ Legal

Trust and Safety

This page summarizes Dint+ safety standards, reporting paths, marketplace integrity practices, account protections, and AI safety expectations.

Section 01

Safety Standards

Dint+ expects users, hosts, guests, businesses, creators, and service providers to act lawfully, honestly, and with care for other people. Safety-sensitive features may require identity, business, phone, payment, or listing verification.

Section 02

Reporting and Response

Users should report policy violations, unsafe listings, suspicious payments, abusive messages, inaccurate business information, impersonation, fraud, or harmful content through Dint+ support or in-product reporting tools where available.

For emergencies or immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Dint+ may preserve information, restrict access, contact affected parties, or cooperate with lawful requests where appropriate.

Section 03

Marketplace Integrity

Dint+ may use automated systems, manual review, verification workflows, transaction monitoring, user reports, and partner signals to detect fraud, abuse, low-quality listings, payment risk, or safety concerns.

  • Listings should be accurate, available, safe, lawful, and aligned with the category where they appear.
  • Reviews, ratings, comments, and recommendations should reflect genuine experiences.
  • Payments, payouts, tips, reservations, and bookings must not be used to launder money, evade fees, or manipulate platform metrics.

Section 04

AI Usage Disclosures

Dint+ may offer AI-assisted features for discovery, creative tools, business support, moderation, recommendations, search, messaging assistance, media generation, and operational workflows.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to outputs generated for others, or unsuitable for high-risk decisions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.

AI content standards

  • Do not use AI features to impersonate others, mislead users, violate rights, generate abuse, or create unlawful content.
  • Prompts, uploads, outputs, and feedback may be processed to provide, secure, evaluate, and improve AI features, subject to the Privacy Policy.
  • Dint+ may label, restrict, remove, or decline to generate AI content where required by law, safety standards, or provider rules.

Section 05

Account Protection

Dint+ may use authentication controls, verification checks, device and session signals, rate limits, abuse detection, and support review to protect accounts and platform systems.

Users should keep contact details current, protect devices and credentials, review suspicious activity, and notify Dint+ if they believe their account has been compromised.

Section 06

Enforcement and Appeals

When Dint+ detects risk, it may remove content, limit distribution, cancel transactions, pause payouts, require verification, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access.

Where available, users may request review of enforcement decisions by contacting support with relevant context and supporting information.

This page is intended to summarize Dint+ platform rules in clear language. It should be reviewed with qualified counsel before relying on it as final legal advice.
