Dint+ Legal

Payments Terms

These terms apply to Dint+ payments, wallet activity, tips, marketplace transactions, payouts, refunds, chargebacks, and payment provider integrations.

Section 01

Payment Services

Dint+ may enable users to pay for reservations, bookings, services, digital goods, subscriptions, tips, top-ups, and other platform activity. Payment services may be provided by third-party processors and financial partners.

By using payment features, you authorize Dint+ and its providers to process charges, refunds, payouts, reversals, reserves, verification, risk checks, and compliance reviews.

Section 02

Accounts and Verification

Some payment, payout, wallet, or monetization features require identity, business, tax, banking, card, or compliance verification. Dint+ may limit access until required information is complete and approved.

Section 03

Fees, Taxes, and Pricing

Prices, platform fees, service fees, processing fees, taxes, and currency handling may vary by feature, geography, listing, provider, or transaction type. Amounts shown at checkout govern unless corrected for obvious error or legal requirement.

Users are responsible for taxes that apply to their activity unless Dint+ or a provider is legally required to collect or remit them.

Section 04

Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable listing policy, product rules, provider terms, law, and Dint+ review. Digital goods, completed services, tips, and time-sensitive bookings may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Dint+ may investigate payment disputes, request evidence, reverse payouts, apply reserves, suspend payment features, or recover amounts owed due to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or errors.

Section 05

Payouts

Payout recipients are responsible for accurate payout details and eligibility. Payouts may be delayed or withheld for verification, risk, fraud, chargeback exposure, sanctions screening, legal compliance, account issues, or provider outages.

Section 06

Prohibited Activities

Dint+ may not be used to harm people, evade rules, manipulate platform systems, or misrepresent identity, listings, payments, availability, location, reviews, or business information.

  • Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or conduct that creates a safety risk.
  • Fraud, scams, unauthorized payments, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass platform fees.
  • Posting illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, unsafe, or malicious content.
  • Scraping, reverse engineering, security probing, automated account creation, or interference with Dint+ systems.
  • Using Dint+ to discriminate unlawfully or deny service based on protected characteristics.

Section 07

Arbitration and Disputes

Before filing a claim, you and Dint+ agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting support with a clear description of the issue. If informal resolution is not successful, the dispute process in the applicable terms will govern.

Where permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. Some jurisdictions do not allow mandatory arbitration or class action waivers, so these terms apply only to the extent permitted.

This page is intended to summarize Dint+ platform rules in clear language. It should be reviewed with qualified counsel before relying on it as final legal advice.

Questions about these terms can be sent through Dint+ support.
