Community Guidelines

These guidelines explain the behavior Dint+ expects from users, hosts, guests, businesses, creators, and service providers across social, marketplace, AI, and messaging features.

Section 01

Respect and Authenticity

Dint+ is built for real people, real businesses, and useful local discovery. Users must be honest about who they are, what they offer, what they experienced, and how they interact with others.

  • Use accurate identity, profile, business, hosting, and listing information.
  • Do not impersonate people, businesses, hosts, creators, staff, or Dint+ representatives.
  • Do not harass, threaten, shame, exploit, or target others.
  • Do not manipulate reviews, rankings, availability, engagement, payments, or recommendations.

Section 02

Safety Standards

Users must not create physical, financial, emotional, digital, or privacy risks for others. Hosts and service providers must maintain safe offerings and respond promptly when a safety issue is reported.

  • Follow applicable laws, professional standards, venue rules, building rules, and health and safety requirements.
  • Report urgent safety issues through appropriate emergency channels first, then notify Dint+ when relevant.
  • Do not encourage dangerous acts, self-harm, exploitation, illegal services, or unsafe transactions.

Section 03

User Content

You retain rights you have in content you submit, upload, create, list, message, review, or otherwise make available through Dint+. You grant Dint+ the rights needed to host, process, display, distribute, moderate, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and consistent with Dint+ policies. Content may be removed or restricted when it violates these terms or creates risk for users, businesses, hosts, or the platform.

Section 04

Dint+ may not be used to harm people, evade rules, manipulate platform systems, or misrepresent identity, listings, payments, availability, location, reviews, or business information.

  • Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or conduct that creates a safety risk.
  • Fraud, scams, unauthorized payments, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass platform fees.
  • Posting illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, unsafe, or malicious content.
  • Scraping, reverse engineering, security probing, automated account creation, or interference with Dint+ systems.
  • Using Dint+ to discriminate unlawfully or deny service based on protected characteristics.

Section 05

AI Usage Disclosures

Dint+ may offer AI-assisted features for discovery, creative tools, business support, moderation, recommendations, search, messaging assistance, media generation, and operational workflows.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to outputs generated for others, or unsuitable for high-risk decisions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.

AI content standards

  • Do not use AI features to impersonate others, mislead users, violate rights, generate abuse, or create unlawful content.
  • Prompts, uploads, outputs, and feedback may be processed to provide, secure, evaluate, and improve AI features, subject to the Privacy Policy.
  • Dint+ may label, restrict, remove, or decline to generate AI content where required by law, safety standards, or provider rules.

Section 06

Enforcement

Dint+ may remove content, reduce distribution, add labels, disable features, cancel bookings, issue warnings, require verification, suspend accounts, terminate access, or involve authorities where appropriate.

Enforcement decisions may consider context, severity, legal requirements, user history, safety risk, payment risk, and platform integrity.
